Help Wanted – HR Coordinator

If you have HR experience and want to help the Cayman community then we need YOU!  We are looking for a motivated and dynamic person to fulfil the role of HR Co-ordinator.  You will need to be able to offer 4 hours a week to fulfil this role.  The role will be to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties including:

  • Responding to internal and external HR enquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (i.e. personal information, leaves)
  • Liaise with other volunteers and staff (e.g. payroll, directors, staff supervisor)
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks, interviewing, issuing employment contracts and the development of job descriptions
  • Assist the staff supervisor in performance management procedures
  • Development of policies and procedures
